HOW DO I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is 7-10 business days
Express shipping is 3-5 business days

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

We do accept exchanges as long as we receive the merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date and the item(s) must be in the same condition as receipt. Also, customers are responsible for all postage.

I DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE, WHY WAS THAT DONE?

All packages require a signature to prevent packages from being stolen.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

All the packages require a signature to ensure receipt of the package. We are not liable for any packages lost or not received. Any issues with not receiving a package should be directed to USPS. Please ensure that you put the correct shipping address with the order.
